Understanding who owns what is important:
Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to the data, text, images, or other content ("Input") you provide to our services. We only use your Input to provide and improve our services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Platform: The website, our name "Cyber Workers AI," our logos, the underlying software, algorithms, models, and all related intellectual property are and will remain the exclusive property of Cyber Workers AI and its licensors. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as outlined in these Terms, but this doesn't give you any ownership rights to our technology.
AI Output: The content generated by our AI based on your Input ("Output") is yours to use. We grant you a broad license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Output you generate through our services for your purposes, provided your use complies with these Terms. However, this does not grant you ownership of the underlying AI models, techniques, or datasets used to generate such Output, which remain the property of Cyber Workers AI.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Workers AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall the total liability of Cyber Workers AI to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the last twelve (12) months.
